Yes! Our units use cold air diffusion technology, so there is no residue left behind and scenting with CASA products are safe to use around furniture, equipment, art and your pets.

CASA oils contain pure essential oils and plant essences, do not apply these oils topically on your skin as they are undiluted. If you get oil on your hands or skin, simply wash the area with soap & water.

CASA oils are IFRA compliant, meaning they are the highest standards in the industry. Most people will not have adverse health issues from our scented oils. Our oils are made from the finest plant derived essences & pure essential oils. They have anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties. CASA oils are free of carcinogens, making it safe to use around people, pets, plants.

CASA scent machines are uniquely designed to work in conjunction with the CASA fragrance oils. Our scents contain a specific viscosity to ensure optimal scent distribution and will not damage the components of your diffuser. Using any other oils other than the CASA oils will cause your diffuser’s warranty to be voided.

Yes. All of our scents are IFRA & RIFM compliant, meaning they adhere to the highest safety standards in the industry. All CASA fragrances are Paraban-free, vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free & petroleum free. They are produced in accordance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). CASA products adhere to the VOC guidelines set forth by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and are free of any carcinogens as defined by the National Toxicology Department (NTP), International Agency for Research of Cancer (IARC) and Occupational Safety & Health Association (OSHA).

The suggested intensity should be between 25-35%. However, this can be adjusted depending on the client’s preference. 

The HVAC system works through Cold Air Diffusion Technology. Cold Air Diffusion technology breaks down the fragrance oils into a dry mist of nanoparticles with the use of cold, filtered air. The dry fragrance mist is released directly into the HVAC ducts sending a consistent and even scent experience into the desired areas.

No. When the oil canister is inside the unit, they must always be in their upright position to prevent oil from spilling and damaging the inner mechanics of the unit.
